The Committee on Government Operations & Facilities will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

  • B24-0466,  the “St. Elizabeths East Parcel 13 Surplus Declaration and Disposition Approval Act of 2021”

 The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at or by phone at (202) 741-8593, and provide their name, phone number or e-mail, organizational affiliation, and title (if any) by the close of business on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. Witnesses are encouraged, but not required, to submit their testimony in writing electronically in advance to facilities@dccouncil.us. Witnesses will participate remotely via Zoom. The Committee will follow-up with witnesses with additional instructions on how to provide testimony in advance of the proceeding.
