Committee of the Whole Public Hearing

The Committee of the Whole will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• Bill 24-427, River Rock Court Designation Act of 2021
• Bill 24-436, Kenilworth Courts Street Designation Act of 2021
• Bill 24-528, W. Cardell Shelton Way Designation Act of 2021
• Bill 24-722, Swampoodle Terrace Designation Act of 2022
• Bill 24-736, Wilhelmina and Calvin Rolark Way Symbolic Street Designation Act of 2022
• Bill 24-761, Overbeck Alley Designation Act of 2022

Those who wish to testify must register at http://www.ChairmanMendelson.com/testify by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022. Testimony is limited to four minutes. Witnesses who anticipate
needing spoken language interpretation, or require sign language interpretation, are requested to inform the Committee office of the need as soon as possible but no later than five business days
before the proceeding. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests, although alternatives may be offered. Requests received in less than five business days may not be fulfilled. If you have
