The Committee of the Whole will hold a Hearing on the following Matter:

  • Expulsion of Councilmember Jack Evans for Code of Conduct Violations

This hearing was recessed on January 7,2020 and will reconvene at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the John A.  Wilson Building. It is anticipated that the hearing will be adjourned soon  after reconvening given the matter will no longer be before the Council.
