Business & Economic Development Public Hearing

The Committee on Business & Economic Development will hold a Public Hearing on the following Legislation:

• B24-798, THE “NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT REAL PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022”
• B24-352, THE “PLAYERS LOUNGE TAX EXEMPTION ACT OF 2021”
• PR24-754, THE “CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA GLEN M. LEE CONFIRMATION RESOLUTION OF 2022”

The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must register online in advance (https://dccouncilus.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_eJkWffF5S06YnpS-vuKIsw) by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Witnesses are encouraged to submit their testimony in writing in advance of the hearing to BusinessEconomicDevelopment@dccouncil.us.
