Soccer Stadium Analysis Contract Awarded
After an extensive review process of proposals received in response to the Council’s RFP for an analysis of the District of Columbia Soccer Stadium Development Act of 2014, the Council determined that CSL International provided the most comprehensive and cost-effective proposal and has been awarded the contract for services. Proposals were received from Baker Hostetler, Johnson Consulting, and Melissa Bradley.
