Committee on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization

The Committee on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization is responsible for matters relating to development, maintenance, preservation, and regulation of the housing stock, including rental housing; and neighborhood revitalization, development, improvement, stabilization, and urban affairs; homelessness (jointly with the Committee on Human Services for purposes of oversight); matters regarding Advisory Neighborhood Commissions; and the concerns of the aging.
